Hello there.

Resuma & Gomes is a Honolulu-based consultancy founded by Tyler Iokepa Gomes and Carmela Resuma — an attorney and housing policy executive and a nonprofit whisperer, data strategist, and community advocate.

We are data wizards, facilitation mavens, policy strategists, and political navigators who have worked from the legislature to the front line. Fluent in the language of funders, governments, legislators, and communities, we are skilled at translating between all of them.

Our practice spans organizational strategy, program evaluation, Native Hawaiian law and policy, destination stewardship, legislative advocacy, and capacity building — with a pricing model designed to serve both those who can pay and those who cannot.
